I have got GAD, I'm on 4 different medications which at the moment are not working. Looking into taking kefir milk and vitamin b complex and magnesium supplement. Going to get blood serum test to see if I have any deficiencies. Looking at more natural ways. Meds have to much side effects but also at the moment not working.
